Car Wash - Sunday, August 20th

Hey everyone,

This summer we are bringing back another AOK fundraising opportunity: the AOK Car Wash/Brat Fry!

We know what you must be thinking, and yes, the legends are true: our kids can sing, dance, AND wash cars! Such talent!

Please save the date of Sunday, August 20th for the Car Wash at Piggly Wiggly in Sussex.  The Car Wash and Brat Fry will go from 9am to around 3pm.  Please arrive at 8:30am for 'call' in order to figure out who will take on what role and when.  Our goal is to have our kids do most of the work, though we will need parent volunteers to oversee the car wash and brat fry in a general sense.  If you can attend any part of the 6-hour block, that is much appreciated!

Please use the sign up genius here to sign up for either, or both, parts of the day!  The more members we have, the more fun it will be! Note that we will have a 'sign making' evening on Friday, 8/18 at the studio in advance of Sunday's car wash and brat fry.  Feel free to sign up for this as well!

The money earned from either part of the day will go right back to AOK, so tell all your friends and family to swing by!

Please have your summer member wear their AOK block-letter T shirt from STAR Camp and shorts they don't mind getting wet (trust me, it happens!).

Also, families and members that participate in the Car Wash/Brat Fry are welcome to cool off swimming and relax back at Tony's house from 3pm to 7pm.
